The HOA president is pretty rude. Greg will put on a friendly face and tell you to contact anyone on the HOA for external property issues and yet when you do he will escalate from telling you not to bother him to screaming at you over the phone. Please just be transparent and say you are not the person to call for issues. It just makes us nervous to ask for help in fear of incurring the HOA board's wrath or getting screamed at. We have a rain gutter that is falling apart and the neighborhood has mice problems due to condo units being interconnected. Everyone will say they don't have mice and yet we always see traps in people's trash, dead mice outside and exterminator vehicles in the neighborhood. There are several elderly people who cannot keep up with their property. Our neighbor moved away because this place is advertised as "maintenance free living" but she had to do several external repairs and maintenance herself. Overall it's a very quiet and nice community but really looking forward to a change in management.
